The Harney Academy Cookbook

The Harney Academy of Irish Dance and the Academy of Performing Arts
thanks you for your interest in our cookbook.

Our students are encouraged to attend local and state competitions and if qualified, become eligible
to attend Regional, North American, and World Championships. Proceeds from this cookbook are used to support the school's dancers in such competitions.

Throughout the year, our dancers perform around
New England and Southern California. The cost for students to travel and attend these competitions
has skyrocketed and as a result, some extraordinarily talented dancers are unable to attend. Our goal is to enable every qualifying student the opportunity to participate at these levels and realize his or her dream.

This treasured collection of recipes is sure to
become a favorite and well-traveled edition in many homes throughout New England, the country, and across the world.
